DocketScope Receives FedRAMP® Authorization from U.S. Federal Government

Arlington, VA – April 17, 2025 – DocketScope Inc., the leading provider of public comments analysis software to support the regulatory process, today announced it has achieved FedRAMP Agency Authorization for its DocketScope® SaaS. FedRAMP (Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program) is a government-wide program that provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services.

“Gaining FedRAMP authorization has been a multi-year initiative for us, with the goal of making it easier for our agency customers to securely and confidently use our product,” said Andrew Emery, Executive Chairman of DocketScope. “Meeting the strict security and reliability standards for FedRAMP authorization not only demonstrates our commitment to the federal market but also benefits other organizations that require the highest levels of security.”

DocketScope is now officially listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace – the central, online portal of approved cloud service offerings available for federal government use. Both our sponsoring agency, the Department of Education, and our Third-Party Assessment Organization (3PAO), Earthling Security LLC, have determined that the FedRAMP SaaS instance of DocketScope has met the standards for the 325+ controls in the FedRAMP Moderate baseline. FedRAMP Authorization certifies that DocketScope has passed the rigorous security and risk management review process required to offer the DocketScope SaaS to federal agencies, a mandate by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for any cloud service provider that serves the federal government.

DocketScope has supported the regulatory process at more than twenty federal agencies, including ones in the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. DocketScope’s FedRAMP Authorization enables more federal agencies to use its cloud-based software to dramatically improve the efficiency and accuracy of public comments analysis.

“With this milestone, we have made it much easier for customers to adopt DocketScope. They can simply reuse the FedRAMP authorization. Now that agency customers can have the best technology for analyzing public comments and meet security requirements, we have made the decision to choose DocketScope an easy one,” said Dhiren Patel, DocketScope’s President.

FedRAMP saves federal agencies the time and costs associated with security assessments of cloud service providers. FedRAMP enables rapid and cost-effective procurement of cloud software products by eliminating duplicate assessment efforts while ensuring consistent application of required security standards.
